Our Director Rachel began her hospitality career many years ago in Gloucestershire.

Rachel started off waiting tables and then moved up through the ranks to become a manager within various Pubs, Restaurants and Hotels.

It’s safe to say that she will have done the role and understands what it’s all about.

She then moved into Business Turnaround within the hospitality sector taking the underperforming venues to profit.

Next Rachel went full time into recruitment working up from consultant to Regional Manager with National recruitment agencies.
